PRAGUE, July 15 (Xinhua) -- Czech President Milos Zeman and Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka on Friday condemned the terrorist attack in the French town of Nice on Thursday night that killed at leat 84 people.
They expressed their regret to the victims' families.
Zeman expressed deep sympathy for the victims' families in connection with the terrorist attack in Nice, said his spokesman Jiri Ovcacek.
Zeman warned of a whole series of these attacks that should prompt a more resolute action against terrorists, according to the spokesman.
Czech prime minister said France has the Czech Republic's full support and solidarity in the struggle against terrorism.
Czech Interior Ministry announced on Friday that the Czech police have tightened security measures at selected buildings and sites in reaction to the latest terrorist attack in Nice, France, though nothing indicated any links between the perpetrator and the Czech Republic.
