VIENTIANE, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said here Wednesday that China is willing to work with ASEAN countries in fending off interference, and properly handling the South China Sea issue according to the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea and dual-track approach.
