JAKARTA, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Flashfloods and landslides struck West Java province in western parts of Indonesia Wednesday and Tuesday night, leaving 10 people dead, 3 missing and hundreds of others displaced, Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman of the national disaster agency told Xinhua by phone.
