HANOI, Sept. 27 (Xinhua) -- The Vietnam Spring Summer 2017 Fashion Week is expected to take place in Vietnam's capital Hanoi from Sept. 29 to Oct. 2.
As many as 1,000 new designs by 27 designers from Vietnam, Malaysia and Italy will be brought to the catwalk, reported Vietnam's state-run news agency VNA on Tuesday.
About 50 Vietnamese top models will perform at the fashion week.
Meanwhile, the Vietnam International Fashion Week for the autumn-winter season will also be held in Hanoi for the first time on Nov. 1-6, said VNA.
