HARBIN, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- An explosion in a high-rise building in Harbin City, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, killed three people and left some injured, according to local sources.
The explosion occurred at about 4:40 a.m. on Tuesday. The 13th, 14th and 15th floors of the building were damaged, and windows were gone in an apartment on the 14th, Xinhua reporters saw at the scene.
The explosion was suspectedly caused by gas leakage. An investigation is under way.
