LONDON, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- Second seed Novak Djokovic crushed David Goffin of Belgium 6-1, 6-2 to keep a perfect record at the ATP World Tour Finals at London's O2 Arena on Thursday.
Djokovic, a four-time defending champion, won all three matches in Group Ivan Lendl and reached the last four for the fifth consecutive time. His opponent will be the second-place finisher in Group John McEnroe and could be top seed Andy Murray, Stan Wawrinka or Kei Nishikori.
Third seed Wawrinka and Murray will meet on Friday afternoon while Nishikori takes on Marin Cilic Friday evening.
Djokovic, who's going for his sixth finale title, will overtake Murray to finish No. 1 for the third consecutive year and for the fifth time overall if he wins the title.
Goffin, who was in London as the alternate, made his tournament debut after Frenchman Gael Monfils withdrew with a rib injury. Enditem
