SHENYANG, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) -- Heavy snowfall has disrupted air traffic in Shenyang City, capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province, local authorities said Thursday.
The snowstorm started Thursday morning and continued until the afternoon. The snow piled up to 9.6 millimeters high after over 10 hours of snowing.
