JAKARTA, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- A Hercules plane operated by Indonesian air force and carrying scores of people crashed in Papua of eastern Indonesia on Sunday morning, Maj. General Wuryanto, spokesman of Indonesian military told Xinhua by phone.
