NEW YORK, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted Southeast of Easter Island at 17:14:41 GMT, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 kilometers, was initially determined to be at 35.58 degrees south latitude and 101.676 degrees west longitude.
