BEIJING, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday told leading officials to practice strict self-discipline and fighting the concept and phenomenon of special privileges.
Xi made the remarks when addressing the opening session of a workshop on the 6th Plenary Session of the 18th Communist Party of China Central Committee, attended by senior provincial and ministerial officials.
