RABAT, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Morocco's Ittihad Tangier advanced to the round of 16 at the African Football Confederation Cup, after beating Niger's Douanes Niamey 1-0 late on Sunday.
At Grand Stade de Tanger, the Moroccan team waited until the 90th minute to score its sole goal through Ismail Belmaalem.
In the first leg, Ittihad Tangier won 2-1 in Niger's capital Niamey.
In the same tournament, Morocco's Maghreb de Fes (MAS) edged the Congolese Athletique Renaissance Aiglons 3-2 on aggregate on Saturday.
