The World Trade Organization (WTO) Director-General Roberto Azevedo addresses during a press conference in the headquarters of WTO in Geneva, Switzerland, Feb. 22, 2017. Azevedo announced on Wednesday the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) entered into force after two-thirds of members have completed their domestic ratification process. Rwanda, Oman, Chad and Jordan on Wednesday submitted their ratifications of acceptance to Azevedo in WTO's headquarter in Geneva, bringing the total number of ratifications to 112.
