BEIJING, March 11 (Xinhua) -- Ten-man Shanghai Greenland tied Tianjin Quanjian FC 1-1 at home as Giovanii Moreno broke the deadlock for the host and Axel Witsel equalized the score for the newly promoted team in the second round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) on Saturday.

Qin Sheng from Shanghai Greenland stamped on Witsel's foot on purpose in the 24th minute and was sent off directly.

After a scoreless first half, Moreno's heavy shooting put Shanghai Greenland in lead in the 74th minute, but Witsel's equalizer 10 minutes later put both teams back into same page.

Tianjin Quanjian FC got a fabulous chance to lead and settle the match as the visiting team got a penalty while Wang Lin from Shanghai Greenland touched the ball with hand in the zone. Unfortunately, Alexandre Rodrigues da Silva, known as Pato, kicked the ball directly into the air and both teams grabbed one point each.

Elsewhere, Che Shiwei from Hebei China Fortune was the first U-23 player scoring a goal in the 2017 season since the new U-23 policy was introduced. Hebei tied Chongqing Lifan 1-1.

Che Shiwei headed the ball into the left corner for the visiting Hebei China Fortune in the sixth minute, and Brazilian striker Alan Kardec volleyed the ball into the net before the goalkeeper made any movement in the 32nd minute.

Newly-promoted Guizhou Hengfeng tied traditional powerhouse Beijing Guoan 1-1 at home. Guizhou Hengfeng broke the deadlock in the 23rd minute as Festus Baise got Tjaronn Chery's passing and headed the ball into the net.

Beijing Guoan equalized the score by the end of the first half as Burak Yilmaz got clear of Guizhou Hengfeng defense and the goalkeeper failed to prevent him from scoring.
