TOKYO, March 14 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 114 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo, principally in line with levels seen in New York overnight.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 114.91-92 yen compared with 114.83-93 yen in New York and 114.67-68 yen at 5 p.m. in Tokyo on Monday.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.0650-0651 dollars and 122.38-42 yen against 1.0649-0659 dollars and 122.33-43 yen in New York and 1.0694-0695 dollars and 122.63-67 yen in late Monday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
