MUMBAI, March 20 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat with a negative note Monday tracking mixed cues from Asian markets and ahead of a likely cabinet meeting to consider approval of supporting GST legislations.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 29,605.21, 43.78 points or 0.15 percent down compared to its previous close at 29,648.99.
