JAKARTA, March 23 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia National Police's counter terrorist unit Densus 88 killed one suspected terrorist and arrested three in a raid in Cilegon, Banten province on Thursday, local media reported.
Banten Police Chief Listyo Sigit Prabowo said as quoted by tribunnews.com the four suspects boarded two Avanza cars and tailed by the Densus 88 since their departure in Anyer, Banten, around 120 km west of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia.
The police fired at the group after they tried to run down officers with car, Prabowo said.
The National Police spokesperson Boy Rafli Amar was quoted as saying that the suspects are identified as AS, IP, NK, and AM.
"NK died on the way to the hospital, while AM survived with gunshot wound in the arm," Amar said at the National Police Headquarter in Jakarta.
