TEHRAN, July 12 (Xinhua) -- Iran will play friendly matches with Turkey as a part of preparation for the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship qualification, Tasnim news agency reported on Wednesday.
The Iranian team will hold a training camp in Turkey from August 1 to 4 and will play two matches with Turkey national volleyball team.
Iran's northwestern city of Ardabil will host the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship qualification from August 10 to 14.
Igor Kolakovic's men will start the competition with a match against South Korea on August 11.
Iran, China, South Korea, Qatar and Kazakhstan have been drawn in Pool A.
