ANKARA, July 25 (Xinhua) -- Turkish President Erdogan said Tuesday his Gulf trip "productive and successful" in bid to push for resolving Gulf diplomatic crisis, according to the ruling party source.
Erdogan made the remarks when he met with lawmakers from his ruling AK Party at a parliamentary meeting on Tuesday.
Erdogan left Qatar on Monday after two days in the Gulf trying to mediate in the row among Arab states. Turkey has been Qatar's most powerful ally in the region.
Erdogan said the contacts he made during this visit have been useful, and Turkey will continue efforts for the stability and peace of the region.
