BEIJING, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislature on Friday passed a nuclear safety law to safeguard the safe utilization of nuclear energy.
The legislation was adopted after a third reading at the bimonthly session of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, which runs Monday to Friday.
