SINGAPORE, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- Singaporean stocks finished lower on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) declining 4.41 points, or 0.14 percent, to close at 3,228.06.
A total of 2.03 billion shares changed hands with a turnover of 1.14 billion Singapore dollars (about 847.76 million U.S. dollars). Gainers outnumbered losers by 194 to 192.
The STI index went down 18.79 points, or 0.58 percent, to close at 3232.47 Wednesday.
