TOKYO -- Police in Tokyo arrested a man in his 20s after discovering body parts of nine dismembered people while searching for a 23-year-old missing woman, local media reported on Tuesday.

KABUL -- Four people were killed and 13 others wounded as a suicide bomber blew himself up in a fortified diplomatic enclave in Kabul on Tuesday, spokesman for the Interior Ministry Najib Danesh said.

"The reports we have collected indicate that four people including a woman were martyred and 13 others including some women sustained injuries," Danesh told reporters at the site of the blast in Wazir Akbar Khan area. (Afghanistan-Blast)

PHNOM PENH -- Cambodia aims to double the number of Chinese tourists coming to the Southeast Asian country to 2 million by 2020, Tourism Minister Thong Khon said on Tuesday.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the second National Forum on "China Ready for Cambodia Tourism," the minister said Cambodia welcomed 3.5 million foreign tourists in the first eight months of 2017, up 11.8 percent year-on-year, among whom were 742,586 Chinese tourists, up 44 percent. KATHMANDU -- Government officials from Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs have started to learn Chinese language from Tuesday to enhance their understanding about China.
