1st LD: Zimbabwe's Mugabe arrives for university graducation ceremony

HARARE, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe on Friday arrived for a graduation ceremony at Zimbabwe Open University in the capital Harare.

Mugabe's attendance shows that he is still in charge of the country, at least for now, since the military appeared to have seized power from him Wednesday.
