GUANGYUAN, June 4, 2016 (Xinhua) -- The combined photo shows a flood draining canal along the Shenwan Third Road in Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province, in June 2015 (upper) and after a treatment project on June 3, 2016. The city planned to carry out 463 projects, including the construction of 1,000 km sewage treatment pipelines and comprehensive managements of 144 rivers, to improve water-related environment quality this year, with total investment of more than 1.524 billion U.S. dollars.
