QIANDONGNAN, July 2, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Rescuers help evacuate a woman in Pingyong Town of Rongjiang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, July 2, 2016. Due to heavy rainfall, rescuers were sent to Yongping Town to evacuate 21 residents trapped in flood Saturday morning. The National Meteorological Center (NMC) and the Ministry of Water Resources warned of high risks of mountain torrents in parts of Anhui, Hunan, Guizhou and Tibet from Friday evening to Saturday evening, suggesting residents take necessary precautions.
