CHINA-FUJIAN-TYPHOON NEPARTAK-LANDFALL (CN)

PUTIAN, July 9, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Vehicles run on a flooded road in Putian City, southeast China's Fujian Province, July 9, 2016. Typhoon Nepartak, the first of the season, landed at 1:45 p.m. Beijing Time (0545 GMT) in Shishi City of Fujian, packing winds of up to about 100 kilometers per hour and bringing downpours.
