Aerial photo taken on Oct. 12, 2016 shows a road winding through mountains in Daxing Township of Du'an Yao Autonomous County, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. By the end of last year, about 136,700 people still lived in poverty in Du'an, which is a mountainous county with a total population of 702,000.
