French president declares Isere attack a "terrorist" attack

PARIS, June 26 (Xinhua) -- French President Francois Hollande, who was in Brussels for European Council, on Friday declared the attack on a factory in France's Isere a "terrorist" attack.

He is returning to Paris to head an emergency meeting of security committee in the afternoon after the deadly attack.

One decapitated, several wounded in attack on French factory

PARIS, June 26 (Xinhua) -- A person was decapitated and several others injured after attackers stormed a gas factory in eastern France on Friday, according to media reports and officials.

The attackers, carrying an Islamist State flag, entered the factory in a car and blew up several gas cylinders, broadcaster BFMTV reported. Full story
