RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- Elis Ligtlee of the Netherlands won the cycling track women's keirin in the Rio Olympic Velodrome here on Saturday.
The world BMX champion Ligtlee made a decisive move in the last lap to take the gold, beating British Rebecca James to the second place.
The four-time world champion Anna Meares of Australia had to settle for the bronze.
