YANGON, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- The website of Myanmar's Ministry of Information has been attacked since Saturday night and has not recovered completely yet, according to an announcement of the ministry on Tuesday.
The attacks were identified to come from overseas.
The Web portal of the ministry failed on Sunday evening and the authorities blocked dangerous IPs entering.
On Monday evening, the Web portal slightly recovered and could be entered by locals. But mobile users and overseas users can not get access to the website.
The ministry is making efforts to recover the website in cooperation with the Ministry of Transportation and Communication.
