LONDON, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- The Denver Nuggets, who will meet Indiana Pacers here on Thursday night at the the NBA Global Games, met members of the Arsenal squad at the Emirate Stadium on Tuesday night.
As part of the Stan Kroenke family, both teams are already very familiar with each other. The entire Nuggets roster turned out at Arsenal's ground including the likes of Kenneth Faried, Emmanuel Mudiay, Malik Beasley and Juan Hernangomez. The players were taking in the atmosphere of the Emirates and visited the changing rooms as well as testing out the turf.
The Nuggets were shown around by a host of Arsenal players, including Per Mertesacker, Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding. The Arsenal stars gave the Nuggets a few tips and tricks with a football as well as gifting them with their very own personalised Arsenal shirt.
Hernangomez said: "It was great to visit Arsenal - I play with them a lot on FIFA. We have a great Spanish player, Santi Cazorla, who I like a lot and it was great to meet another Spaniard Hector Bellerin of course. I also admire Petr Cech - he's one of my favourite players."
