GENEVA, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- China will offer 200 million yuan (29 million U.S. dollars) of new humanitarian assistance to help Syrian refugees and displaced people, President Xi Jinping said here Wednesday.
He made the remarks while delivering a keynote speech at the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG).
