RABAT, July 12 (Xinhua) -- The ban on electronic devices aboard flights from Morocco to the United States will be lifted on Thursday, Morocco's Royal Air Maroc announced Wednesday.
"Our ultimate priority is the security of our passengers as well as their comfort aboard its aircraft. We hope that this news finds satisfaction among our consumers who travel to the United States," the director of the Moroccan national carrier Abdelhamid Addou in a statement.
The U.S. imposed in March the ban on flights from 10 airports of Muslim-majority, Middle Eastern and North African states to the United States for security reasons.
