2 killed, 8 wounded in N. Afghan bomb attack

TALUQAN, Afghanistan, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- At least two people, including a pro-government local leader, were killed and eight others wounded in a bomb attack in Afghanistan's northern province of Takhar on Sunday, local police said.
