BRATISLAVA, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- Slovan Bratislava beat Beijing Kunlun Red Star 2-1 in overtime here in the Continental Hockey League on Monday night.

It's been the first win of Slovan Bratislava against Chinese team in previous four matches.

The winning goal of the match scored by Zach Boychuk in first minute of overtime after breakaway.

The opener scored by Jan Buchtele in 24th minute. The Chinese team answered by Gilbert Brule's deflection of shot of Jesse Blacker.

The head coach of Slovan Bratislava Eduard Zankovec was satisfied with result and the performance of his team.

"It was balanced and open match. The key point of our success was the excellent performance of our goalkeeper," stressed Zankovec.

Slovan Bratislava will play next match on Tuesday against Admiral Vladivostok, while Beijing Kunlun Red Star moves to Moscow to game against CSKA on Wednesday.
