Bridges under construction to replace ferries, ziplines in SW China

Photo taken on Feb. 8, 2017 shows the Hongxing Bridge in Goujiao Town of Yuechi County, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The bridge replaced the Hongxing ferry. Sichuan has been building bridges to replace ferries and ziplines. The province has reduced the number of ferries to 1,169 by the end of 2017 from 1,951 in 2010 and that of ziplines to only three from 77. (Xinhua/Jiang Hongjing)
