BISHKEK, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- The role of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will only grow in the international arena, leader of the Communist party of Kyrgyzstan, member of the Parliament Ishak Masaliev told Xinhua on Thursday.

Commenting his recent participation in the CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-Level Meeting in Beijing, Masaliev said China conveyed its proposal at the meeting that the development of economy will help achieve much more positive changes for all countries.

He said the proposal by the CPC, which he thinks ranks as one of the most leading parties in the world, is more effective and promising.

"This proposal was of great interest to all political parties participating in this forum," he said.

The Kyrgyz lawmaker said the proposals and initiatives put forward by China, including the Belt and Road Initiative, can help Kyrgyzstan achieve a powerful impetus in economic development.

On bilateral economic and geographical relations, Masaliev said Kyrgyzstan should carefully consider the implementation of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative.

"We must find mutually beneficial projects that will be economically beneficial to Kyrgyzstan and China," he added.

The leader of the Communist of Kyrgyzstan believed that this initiative will help the world overcome problems such as poverty and radicalization of society.

Masaliev emphasized the consistency and receptivity in the CPC's leadership, saying "the party ... looks for its own way for the development."

Masaliev said the 19th National Congress of the CPC in October indicated that the party supports its leadership. He also said it performs its work well.

He said keeping the continuity of a thousand-fold calculation before making decisions leads to only positive results.

"As far as I understand, the life of the leading communists is modest. This has a very positive effect on the attitude of society towards the Chinese Communist Party," he said.
