NEW YORK, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks kept rising on Tuesday.
The Dow increased 0.16 percent to 24,640.45, and the S&P 500 increased 0.26 percent to 2,662.94, while the Nasdaq was up 0.45 percent to 7,013.51.
