PARIS, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Three men suspected of being linked to the perpetrators of Barcelona attacks in Spain in 2017 were arrested on Tuesday in southern France by the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI), local television channel BFMTV reported.
