TOKYO, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 107 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Monday, marginally higher than its levels in New York at the end of last week.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 107.06-07 yen compared with 106.84-94 yen in New York and 107.02-03 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.2289-2291 dollars and 131.58-59 yen against 1.2292-2302 dollars and 131.37-47 yen in New York and 1.2294-2296 dollars and 131.57-61 yen in late Friday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
