MONTREAL, March 16 (Xinhua) -- Liu Fang was re-elected secretary general of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Friday for another three-year term.

Liu was first elected as ICAO secretary general in 2015.

Prior to joining ICAO, Liu worked at the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, where in the course of 20 years she held various senior positions.

A PhD in international law from China's Wuhan University, she is an expert on international air transport regulation and air law.
