Xi, Putin exchange congratulations on election win in phone talk, pledge to deepen China-Russia ties

BEIJING, March 19 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin exchanged congratulations on their respective election win in a telephone conversation on Monday and pledged to further deepen bilateral ties.
