TOKYO, May 8 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar stayed around the 109 yen line on Tuesday in Tokyo as market players remained cautious ahead of U.S. President Donald Trump's upcoming decision on the Iran nuclear deal.
At 5 p.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 108.92-94 yen compared with 109.05-15 yen in New York and 109.19-20 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday. It moved between 108.86 yen and 109.14 yen during the day.
The euro fetched 1.1916-1917 dollars and 129.79-83 yen against 1.1917-1927 dollars and 130.02-12 yen in New York and 1.1929-1930 dollars and 130.26-30 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon.
