TUNIS, May 25 (Xinhua) -- "Any change in the government will have to go through the parliament, or Tunisian Assembly of People's Representatives," said Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi Friday.
The final point on the cabinet reshuffle of the second version of the Carthage Pact remains to be settled.
In July 2016, the Carthage Pact was signed to approve the current national unity government led by Prime Minister Youssef Chahed.
The pact defined government priorities, such as fighting terrorism, boosting employment, fighting corruption, controlling financial balances, and implementing effective social policy.
"In any case, we can't do anything without the parliament," said Essebsi.
