PARIS, June 14 (Xinhua) -- A man was detained and placed into police custody as part of an investigation into the terror attacks on Charlie Hebdo and a Kosher supermarket in 2015 in Paris, local news channel reported on Thursday.
The 37-year-old suspect was arrested on June 12 in Paris suburbs. He is suspected of having provided logistical assistance to Amedy Coulibaly and helping him obtain weapons, BFMTV said.
His custody could last up to 96 hours, according to the report.
Coulibaly killed four hostages at the Hyper Cacher supermarket in January 2015 before he was shot dead by security forces.
He had pledged allegiance to Islamic State and had links to two men who attacked the offices of Charlie Hebdo magazine, killing 12 people.
