ISLAMABAD, June 16 (Xinhua) -- At least three security personnel were killed when some unknown gunmen sprayed bullets at their vehicle in Pakistan's southwestern Balochistan province on Saturday morning, local media reported.

The law enforcers were on their routine patrolling across the provincial capital of Quetta when they fell prey to the insurgents, ARY News reported.

The attackers fled the scene following the incident, and their hunt is on by the police, the report added. The incident site was cordoned off by the police for investigation.

No individual or group has claimed the attack yet.
