TOKYO, June 21 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 110 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Thursday, largely in line with its levels in New York overnight.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 110.37-38 yen compared with 110.31-41 yen in New York and 110.21-23 yen at 5 p.m. on Wednesday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1577-1578 dollars and 127.77-78 yen against 1.1568-1578 dollars and 127.72-82 yen in New York and 1.1576-1577 dollars and 127.58-62 yen in late Wednesday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
