MAIMANA, Afghanistan, June 21 (Xinhua) -- Up to 14 security personnel lost their lives as militants stormed Afghan forces security checkpoints on a road in Khawja Sabzpush district of the northern Faryab province in the wee hours of Thursday, deputy to Provincial Council Sibghatullah Silab said.
