NEW YORK, July 4 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale jolted 43 km ENE of Port-Olry, Vanuatu at 16:37:03 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 118.53 km, was initially determined to be at 14.8995 degrees south latitude and 167.4193 degrees east longitude.
