Urgent: Terrorist warning on Paris-Beijing flight false: Air China Paris Office

PARIS, July 26 (Xinhua) -- The suspected terrorist information that caused Air China CA876 flight to return to Paris was false, an official with Air China Paris Office said Thursday.

The passengers were arranged to rest in the waiting room at the Charles de Gaulle airport in the French capital, and security check of the aircraft was completed, the official told Xinhua.

Earlier in the day, Air China announced in a statement on its social media account that the Paris-Beijing flight had returned to Paris because of suspected terrorist information.

Air China will arrange the re-launch of the flight as quickly as possible, said the airlines. Enditem
