8 killed after small plane crashes in Papua, Indonesia

JAKARTA, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- A plane with 9 people on board went down in Oksibil of Papua province in eastern Indonesia, killing 8 people and injuring another, spokesman of national disaster management agency Bambang Ervan told Xinhua over phone on Sunday.
